Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Responsibilities
Each eligible person is permitted to hold one (1) oakplay account only. Opening, operating, or assisting in the operation of more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
- All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals at oakplay are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods.
- All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the oakplay account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor.
- oakplay is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor, network congestion, or banking system downtime.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

Gameplay Rules
All games offered on the oakplay platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, sports betting, e-Sabong, and instant games — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the specific game rules explicitly state otherwise.
General gameplay conditions include:
- Players must have sufficient balance to place a bet. Bets placed without adequate funds will not be accepted.

- Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer and multiplayer games.

Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Balances derived solely from uncompleted bonus wagering requirements may be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
oakplay-initiated termination: oakplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice in the event of:

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or your use of the oakplay platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting oakplay customer support. oakplay commits to responding to formal written complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their place of residence. oakplay makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
